Wealth element is the element which represents the possiblity of wealth in your life.
This means that if you are water and fire is your wealth, if you are a strong water and constantly with an environment or job which represents fire, you are likely to be successful and wealthy! But only if you are strong enough to take advantage of it!

Deity is like a god which for the Pillars presents some helping stars. It is represented by the 5 elements of which there is a direct, and indirect version of each element.
For example, direct wealth and indirect wealth. This means that direct wealth is wealth you obtain from your hard work. As for indirect wealth are wealth such as inheritance or winning lottery etc.
Bone is a term use by the Personal Stars. It is just use to describe that for example in the exterior which is represented by say you are born in the year of a rabbit, but you happen to have bones which are related to dragon.
This means that although you are a rabbit, you will inherit some dragon characteristics.
Stem i believe you are referring to the heavenly stem. Pillars if you look at it is like a tree. The heavenly stem represents like the top of the tree while the earthly branches which is your base or roots.
Anyway, they are just fancy terms used by the Pillars or San Shi theory to explain your destiny. Normally, you do not need to be so concerned with it.
Warmest Regards
